Valpolicella Ripasso - Classico Superiore Doc

from £18.00

This intense wine takes it up a notch. Full and ruby red in colour, it is deep in flavour with fruity notes of amareno cherry, blueberry, spices and liquorice.

Having been refined in toasted wooden and oak casts, the Ripasso is dry, warm and soft tasting – ideal for evening dinner parties with friends. It pairs well with roasted and grilled meat, or why not try it combined with a mature cheese such as Durgali, one of Ilaria’s favourites, or Parmigiano Reggiano – the King of the Cheeses.
