COLOUR: straw yellow with bright golden reflections

SMELL: elegant and complex, with intense initial

aromas of exotic fruit, mango and banana, followed by

the sweet notes of yellow peach, white flowers and

wildflowers. The refined bouquet closes with delicate

notes of vanilla and green hazelnut

TASTE: full, rich and silky sip. The harmonic

structure, fresh and delicately sapid, gives a long

persistence and a finishing's palate that reminds

sweet fruity notes and green hazelnut

FOOD PAIRINGS: excellent paired with appetizers

and seafood first courses or with vegetables, tuna

tartare, baked fish, white meats, medium-aged

cheeses
