Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, a

combination of harmony, charm and character.

The two grapes give rise to Cantico, a wine with a

strong and elegant personality.

Organoleptic characteristics:

COLOUR: deep ruby red. Garnet shades with aging

SMELL: delicate and clean aromas, intriguing

bouquet with hints of red and black fruit, ripe and

juicy: cherry, blueberry and blackberry. The fresh

vegetal notes of Cabernet Franc, spices (black pepper)

and delicate smoky aromas follow

TASTE: dry, harmonious and velvety flavour. Smooth

tannins and excellent freshness give a finish mouth

persistent with a hint of fruit and green notes,

pleasantly bitter

FOOD PAIRINGS: excellent with pasta dishes with

red meat sauce, grilled and baked meats, braised

meats, lamb chops
