Let’s face it, Italy may not have a wide selection of blue cheese, but what we do have is MARVELLOUS!
Starting with the inimitable and unforgettable Gorgonzola Dolce, to a more piquant Gorgonzola Piccante, ending with nutty, mountain gras fed, Vacca Blu (multiple winner at Word Cheese Award). All to be tried and savoured.
Gorgonzola Dolce D.O.P. (soft cow’s milk blue)
Vacca Blu (semi hard cow’s milk blue)
Gorgonzola Piccante D.O.P. (semi-soft cow’s milk blue)
All the cheeses will be freshly hand cut and each slice will be around 200g.
